Essence Hotel, New York City

The hotel rooms were small but very clean, and my stay was just on top of it. The staff was helpful in refunding charges and very kind and friendly. The location was good for subway access and convenient to get to 5th Ave in Park Slope, as well as the local nightlife. The dining experience offered coffee, juice, & croissant or tea bread, and the facilities were satisfactory.
